This is a set of painted vintage penguin salt, and pepper. Shakers. There is a male with a top hat that has three holes in the top of his head and a female that has a beanie style cap that has two holes in the top of her head. They stand 4 inches tall. Some of the paint is coming off and they were not originally painted with great care from the factory. One has a cork stopper, and the other does not. The remnant of the word Japan is on the bottom of the male.
